Monoclonal Antibody Production in vitro in CELLine CL-1000 high density culture
Estimate does not include thawing or cryopreserving cells or weaning cells to a low serum growth media. Harvest antibody concentrations typically range from 0.25 – 2.5 mg/ml; the total harvest volume in 30 days ranges from 60 - 120 ml. CL-1000 flasks may be maintained and harvested for a longer time at an additional cost of $1164.00 for each 30 day period.
