What should I do if I have a concern?
A concerned employee should first inform his or her supervisor of the situation. Some issues may ultimately be shared with the manager, the unit, the Revenue Cycle Compliance & Education office or a UMHS compliance officer.
What if I'm uncomfortable reporting this concern to my supervisor?
If an employee is uncomfortable with reporting concerns to his or her supervisor, or if a previously reported issue has not been resolved, the employee should report the situation to a higher compliance authority by one of the following methods:
