Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for core privileges and must be completed through an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program. The AHA logo must be predominantly displayed on the certification. Online programs do not meet this requirement.
ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required for Level II privileges. If so, training must occur prior to privileges being granted and must be through an American Hearth Association (AHA) program. The AHA logo must be predominantly displayed on the certification. Online programs do not meet this requirement.
