Onset is abrupt, rapid and regular. This would fit SVT, but it would also fit Panic.
Although you will usually have the patient describe their palpitation,
it is well known from diaries taken during ambulatory monitoring, that
patients' subjective observations are notoriously inaccurate.
The most common arrhythmia which correlates with "palpitation" during ambulatory monitoring is sinus tachycardia.
Question: The patient's event-onset was "Sudden" or "Gradual":
