Event Onset continued:

• This is helpful even though patient´s perception of their arrhythmias often does not correlate well with the ECG on ambulatory monitoring.
• What she is describing is more consistent with multiple premature beats than an "attack" of tachyarrhythmia.
• Most experienced clinicians use this "tap-tap" method to try to mimic the patient´s palpitation.
