56 year old woman undergoing chemotherapy for small cell carcinoma of the lung. Two years previous she underwent emergency pericardiocentesis for cardiac tamponade (malignant effusion). She is now complaining of rapid palpitations. Click to see the patient’s ECG (when her heart rate was normal).
