Gifts of Art, which brings the world of art and music to the University of Michigan Health System, is made possible through the time and
talent of our valued volunteers. Currently, we have the following volunteer
opportunities:
ART CART VOLUNTEER: Gifts of Art is seeking volunteers to bring the Art Cart stocked with a selection of colorful framed poster art to patients at U-M hospitals, allowing them to choose new artwork for their rooms during their stay. Minimum of a six month commitment, one two hour shift a week. For more information, visit Volunteer Services on the web, email them or call 734-936-4327.
HOSPITAL ART VOLUNTEER: Like to share art with people? Gifts of Art is seeking volunteers to engage families and visitors in the Art Gallery Coloring Book. The books were created from fine artists’ drawings and are offered free to those in waiting areas of U-M hospitals. Minimum of a six month commitment, one two hour shift a week.
