Pre-participation sports physicals will be available at MedSport, from 6 - 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, at Domino's Farms Lobby A, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor. The cost for the physical is $30, payable by cash, check or charge. Please print and fill out the Preparticiation Physical Evaluation prior to coming into the clinic for your physical.
