PAR Maintenance


If you are an Ambulatory, Cancer Center, UMH, CVC, Taubman or Medical Science Building customer and want to make a change to an existing PAR/LUM/ CRQ template, please e-mail our group with the detailed information of what you would like changed to: MS-PAR_REQ_Changes

 

If you are C&W customer and want to make a change to an existing PAR/LUM/CRQ  template, please e-mail our group with the detailed information of what you would like changed to: MS-CW-Warehouse

 

NOTE: PAR changes can take up to 2 weeks to finish. Please order items from MSC by calling 936-6077 as needed until the changes requested can be completed.  Someone from the e-mail groups above will reply to your e-mail when the changes have been done so you know the request has been completed.

 

For Teaching and Arrest Carts, ICU Line Carts, Red Bags, BLS Anaphylaxis (green) Bags, and Intubation Kits please e-mail Materiel Services Supervisor  D. Jean Harris (phone 647-7445). 

 

For urgent issues, you can reach MSC at our customer service office by calling 936-6077 or by paging our 24/7 MSC supervisor pager ID 2574.  

 

The Materiel Services Center (MSC) recognizes medical/surgical supply needs change over time and we will work with you to meet your needs.  MSC also provides PAR Level Services to areas who feel it may benefit them to have us PAR stock their medical supplies and we are available to provide you with additional expertise related to your specific operations. If you would like to review usage, are thinking about a re-build of your PAR/LUM carts, or want MSC to review your current stocking process/concerns,  please e-mail the  Warehouse Manager Derek Huntman or call him at 647-6789.
