Acute and chronic renal failure, renal replacement therapy; Chronic dialysis (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis) and related complications; acute renal failure, treatment and outcomes; primary renal diseases and complications; end-of-life issues particularly in nephrology; the psychosocial milieu of the dialysis setting; Management of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, acute renal failure outcomes; continuous AV hemofiltration, uremic toxicity, complications of end stage renal disease (e.g., amyloid, aluminum toxicity, dialysis dermopathy, etc.) and psychosocial issues in chronic dialysis
