Pediatric Diabetes Care and Education
Our multidisciplinary clinics and diabetes education classes help children and adolescents (0–18 years of age) and their families manage all forms of diabetes: type 1 (insulin dependent), type 2, and pre-diabetes. Our care is through the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, ranked as one of the best pediatric hospitals in the nation.
Our goal in diabetes care is to maintain blood glucose in near normal ranges to prevent diabetes complications and promote normal growth and development while accommodating family lifestyle choices.
