Ming-Sing Si, MD is a pediatric cardiac surgeon who has clinical expertise in the surgical treatment of complex congenital and acquired diseases of the heart and great vessels in neonates, children and adults. He also has experience in hybrid cardiac procedures and neonatal open heart repairs. The clinical obstacles that Dr. Si encounters motivate his basic and translation research endeavors in cardiovascular regenerative medicine and cardiac tissue engineering. Dr. Si is motivated to make clinical and research discoveries and innovations using best practices and multidisciplinary approaches to ultimately improve the treatment and quality of life of patients with congenital and acquired cardiovascular disease.
