We provide home medical supplies through our Home Care Services Scheduled Supply Program.
We conveniently deliver many commonly used medical supplies directly to patients' homes all over the state, using UPS, U.S. Postal Serice or FedEX. These supplies include: diabetic, ostomy, CPAP/BiPAP, wound care, trach and urological. Patients can pre-arrange delivery by contacting a Home Care Services/MedEQUIP Customer Service Representative to get started at 800-530-0714. New patient participation is subject to insurance guidelines and requirements.
The University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center Community Outreach Program provides evidence-based health information, tailored programs and special events to educate communities about cancer prevention and early diagnosis.
Quality & safety programs: the University of Michigan Health System has been asked to lead and participate in several quality and safety programs in the state of Michigan and across the U.S. These programs have become models for the rest of the country.
